Frequently asked questions

Is pilot pricing final?
No. All published rates are illustrative for the 2026 controlled pilot and may change as scope, volume, and legal review are confirmed.
Can workers get sponsored access?
Yes. Workforce programs and reentry partners can sponsor cohort enrollment during pilot. Contact us for cohort pricing.
How does platform verification billing work?
Pilot partners receive metered verification pricing with volume caps. Billing sandbox is available in staging — not production billing claims.
Does pricing include legal review?
No. Plans cover workflow infrastructure scope. Counsel review for FCRA workflow support, state rules, and CRA agreements is the partner's responsibility.
When does real-data production affect pricing?
Real-data production requires configured compliance, security, and provider review. Pricing and limits are renegotiated before that phase.
What happens if we exceed pilot volume caps?
We pause additional verifications or onboard you to an expanded pilot agreement. MyFairCheck does not silently overage bill during controlled pilot.

What we do not claim

Pricing is pilot-stage and subject to change. MyFairCheck is not providing legal advice. Real-data production requires configured compliance, security, and provider review. MyFairCheck does not provide legal advice or claim final legal certification.

MyFairCheck provides workflow support and controls in development — not SOC 2 Type II certification, Clean Slate certification, or final legal compliance certification. Pilot use requires legal and security review before real-data production.
