- Is MyFairCheck FCRA compliant?
- MyFairCheck provides FCRA workflow support — consent ledger, report-first review, dispute workflow, and adverse-action workflow support. We do not claim FCRA legal compliance or final legal certification.
- Do you have SOC 2 Type II?
- No. We describe security as controls in development and audit-ready workflow support. SOC 2 Type II is not claimed.
- Can platforms see full criminal records through the API?
- No. Verification is designed to return credential trust state without raw criminal-record payloads.
- Is real background-check data enabled?
- Real-data ingestion is disabled by default and requires explicit configuration, provider review, and legal/security sign-off.
- Who is the pilot for?
- Gig platforms, workforce and reentry programs, startups, and platform operations teams joining the 2026 controlled pilot.
- Is pricing final?
- Pricing is pilot-stage and subject to change. Plans illustrate workflow scope — not legal advice.
MyFairCheck provides workflow support and controls in development — not SOC 2 Type II certification, Clean Slate certification, or final legal compliance certification. Pilot use requires legal and security review before real-data production.
