Common pilot questions

Direct answers about pilot scope, verification design, and what MyFairCheck does not claim.

What is MyFairPass?
MyFairPass is the portable, worker-controlled trust credential inside MyFairCheck. Workers complete review steps once, track consent and dispute status, and share a scoped verification signal instead of repeating full screening from scratch.
Does MyFairCheck claim FCRA legal compliance?
No. MyFairCheck provides FCRA workflow support — consent, report-first review, disputes, and adverse-action workflow support — but does not claim FCRA legal compliance or provide legal advice.
Do you have SOC 2 Type II?
No. Security controls are in development and documented for review. MyFairCheck does not claim SOC 2 Type II certification.
Can platforms see full criminal records through the API?
No. Verification is designed to return scoped trust state — credential status, consent, review status, and dispute status — not raw criminal-record payloads by default.
Who is the pilot for?
Staffing, homecare, gig platforms, workforce programs, reentry and legal aid partners, startups, and platform operations teams joining the 2026 controlled pilot.
Is pricing final?
No. Pricing is pilot-stage and subject to change as workflows and production availability are confirmed with partners.
Can workers dispute report errors?
Yes. Workers can flag issues inside a review window, upload evidence where supported, and track dispute status before sharing a credential.
Can programs sponsor workers?
Yes. Workforce and reentry programs can sponsor participant enrollment during the pilot, subject to program agreement and pilot limits.
What does production use require?
Counsel review, security review, configured compliance workflows, and explicit approval before real-data production use.

MyFairCheck supports FCRA-aware workflows, but it does not provide legal advice or certify compliance. Production use requires counsel and security review.
